"Decent harness, but the sizing didn’t quite work for us"
I ordered a harness from pupsentials.com and overall it looks nice, but the sizing was a little frustrating. I measured my dog before buying, and it still ended up fitting a bit tight around his chest. It’s not unusable, and I can still put it on him for shorter walks, but I definitely wish the size chart had been more accurate. Shipping was fine, nothing special. Personally, I’d give it 3 stars because it’s okay, but the fit kept it from being something I’d fully recommend

"I got this harness for my dog..."
I got this harness for my dog and yeah, it feels sturdy so far. The clips lock in well, which was the main thing I was worried about, and there wasn’t any weird smell out of the package or anything. Shipping did take a little longer than I expected, but overall... I feel good using it and my pup seems comfortable in it.

My dog treats every toy like it’s entering the final battle, so I didn’t expect this one to last long. But somehow, months later, it’s still holding up great. I’m genuinely impressed and really happy with it.

"I’ve ordered from them twice now..."
I’ve ordered from them twice now, and both times the delivery showed up right when they said it would. No refreshing the tracking every five minutes, no waiting around all afternoon, no random delay message, no “it’ll be there soon” nonsense. Just placed the order, got the window, and it arrived. Happy with that, honestly.

"Got exactly what I ordered"
It was straightforward, I placed the order and everything showed up just like it was supposed to. Nothing was missing, nothing weird happened, no mix-ups or anything. Kind of nice when it just works out and you don’t have to think about it

"Not as nice as I expected"
I was disappointed with this. It looked okay at first, but it felt kind of cheap once I actually used it. After just a few uses it didnt really hold up, and the stitching was messy in a few spots. For the price, I expected better.

"Cute at first, but the annoyances stood out fast"
I really liked how it looked when it first arrived, and I thought it was going to be great. But after using it over the last few days, the little frustrations started to bother me more and more. Some parts feel kind of awkward for everyday use, like they weren’t fully thought through. My pup also didn’t seem that comfortable in it, especially the last couple times we tried it. For the price, I was expecting something a bit more practical.

"Finally, a bed my dog actually uses"
I got a dog bed from Pupsentials, i was getting impatient waiting to see if my dog would even care about it. But he started using it every day, which surprised me. He seems way more comfortable now and actually looks relaxed after walks instead of flopping around anywhere. Shipping was fine, no big headache there. Overall, I’m happy with it.

"Return process was simple enough"
I had to return a dog harness because I accidentally ordered the wrong size. The refund took a few days to show up, but it did come through without any issues. Support got back to me after about a day, which wasn’t instant, but they were helpful enough. It wasn’t a perfect experience, but overall it was handled smoothly, and I’d still order from them again

"Pretty good for the price"
For what it costs, it’s worth it. I mean, it’s not like... some amazing premium thing, but for the money, yeah, I’m happy with it.

"I really like the idea behind this..."
I really like the idea behind this shop, but my experience with customer service wasn’t the best. I emailed about my order and it took a few days before I got a real response. When they finally replied, it felt a bit rushed and didn’t really solve much for me. It wasn’t horrible, but I definitely expected better. Has anyone else had the same issue with slow support?

"The website is okay to browse..."
The website is okay to browse, I guess, but some pages were annoyingly slow and that’s on them to sort out. The product info is decent in places, but there were a few spots where the details were way too vague, which made the whole thing more frustrating than it needed to be. Checkout looked simple enough, but the site feels unfinished. It’s not terrible, but they really need to stop overlooking these basic fixes.

Shipping was alright, just not super quick lol. My order ended up taking about a week longer than I thought it would, and the tracking didn’t really update much at the start. It did show up in good condition though, so it wasn’t a huge deal. I just wish they had shipped it out a bit faster...

"Used to be a bit smoother"
The site was okay to use overall and easy enough to get around, but I feel like it used to be better. Checkout was a bit slow this time, which made the experience less smooth than I remember.
